Fantastic Videos from Iran Today

You can tell these videos are from today because of the haze in the sky, the remnants of the dust storm that blew through the past couple days. These videos are amazing -- they show tens of thousands of people, marching and chanting, generally without interference or violence. This one in particular made my jaw drop.



Twitter is full of accounts of violence, so I'm sure it's happened somewhere in the city, but these videos show that people were able to achieve a critical mass, to the point where the Basij could not disperse them. Whether they outsmarted, outnumbered, or overpowered the Basij remains to be seen, but this is very encouraging for the people of Iran.
